The draw for the AEGON Championships was made on Saturday and Marcos will face British wild card James Ward in the first round.
Marcos has been drawn in the second half of the draw, with the likes for four-time champions Andy Roddick and Lleyton Hewitt, No. 3 seed Gilles Simon, No. 5 Marin Cilic and No. 6 James Blake.
Should Marcos advance through the first round, he will face either Russian No. 14 seed Mikhail Youzhny or Spaniard Oscar Hernandez. His third-round opponent could be third-seeded Frenchman Simon.
