After his disappointing retirement in the first round of the US Open, Marcos returned to Florida, where he has been working hard on his rehabilitation at the IMG Academy.
Marcos had twisted his ankle during a practice session, five days before the US Open began in New York. It meant he was forced to withdraw during his first-round match with Marin Cilic, who has gone on to reach the quarter-finals.
Under the guidance of the physios in Florida, Marcos is resting his ankle for one week and treating the inflammation, before resuming training.
