Marcos was in London at the weekend for a promotional event with one of his key sponsors, the Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO).

The CTO arranged for Marcos to visit the Dukes Meadows Tennis Academy on Saturday afternoon, where he was interviewed by a journalist from Tennis Life before hosting a tennis clinic for children that train at the club.
The Dukes Meadows Tennis Academy is a newly refurbished club, under the same ownership as French Connection, where anyone can train without membership. Marcos was a big hit with the kids as he spent time coaching them and passing on tips they can use in their matches, before signing autographs and taking photos.

On Saturday Marcos will leave for Argentina for two week’s training before taking part in the Copa Peugeot Argentina de Tenis in Buenos Aires from 17-20 December – a six-man exhibition event also featuring Marat Safin, Carlos Moya, Juan Monaco, David Nalbandian and Fernando Gonzalez.
