Marcos will join a quality line-up at the inaugural Serbia Open in Belgrade after being granted a wild card into the main draw.
World No. 3 Novak Djokovic, who has been instrumental in the set-up of the tournament in his home town, headlines the field when main draw action begins Monday 4th May.
Also competing at the ATP World Tour 250 tennis tournament are Croatians Ivan Ljubicic and Ivo Karlovic, American Sam Querrey, Czech Radek Stepanek and Italy’s Andreas Seppi.
