Marcos will open his campaign at the BMW Open on Monday against Julien Benneteau in the first round of the ATP World Tour 250 clay-court event.
Marcos is looking to snap a six-match losing streak and, despite trailing his head-to-head with Benneteau 1-2, goes into the match with the confidence of having beaten the Frenchman in their most recent clash at the 2009 Australian Open.
Marcos has a strong record in Munich, having reached the semi-finals on both his previous visits in 2007 and 2010.
The match is due to take place third on Center Court, following Mikhail Youzhny vs. Matthias Bachinger, which begins at 1pm local time (11am GMT/7am ET). Check out the full order of play here.
