Marcos has signed up to play the SA Open tennis tournament at Montecasino in Johannesburg, South Africa from 2-8 February.
Also confirmed in the field are Spanish No. 2 David Ferrer and the in-form Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France; with more top players expected to be announced soon.
“I have heard many beautiful things about South Africa, and I'm really excited that I am going to be playing there in Johannesburg next year,” said Marcos. “I hope that all the fans will come out and support us and enjoy watching us play.”
The centre court at Montecasino will have space for 3000 fans, with 1500 spaces available on court one. There will be two extra courts at the venue for practice and use during the qualifying rounds
Tickets for the tournament will be available at Montecasino Box Office as well as Computicket from 1st December.
