Marcos made a very welcome return to winning ways this week in the Bundesliga. Competing for Halle, Marcos recorded two singles wins as he helped his team to victory twice on Friday and Saturday.
Halle beat Erfurter 10-5 on Friday, with Marcos beating Lukas Rosol 6-3, 6-3 in the singles before partnering Robin Haase to a 6-3, 1-6, 11-9 victory over Victor Hanescu and Oliver Marach in the doubles.
A day later, Halle beat Krefeld 10-2, with Marcos defeating Nicolas Devilder 6-4, 6-4 in the first match of the tie.
Marcos will play for Halle once more, this coming Sunday against Mannheim. This week he will spend time practising in Croatia and Slovenia.
