The 26-year-old Klaasen recorded his first career win on the ATP World Tour after defeating Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo in the first round on Monday.
The right-hander captured three Futures titles last season in the USA, South Africa and Gabarone. He will be playing Marcos for the first time.
The match will be played second on Centre Court, beginning at 4pm local time. You can follow the match on live scores here.
