Marcos is this week in Buenos Aires for the Copa Peugeot Argentina de Tennis, which will give him chance to put into practice all that he and coach, Miles Maclagan, have been working on in the off-season training.
Joining Marcos at the exhibition tournament are Gael Monfils, Eduardo Schwank, Fernando Gonzalez, David Nalbandian and Juan Carlos Ferrero. While Group A comprises Monfils, Schwank and Gonzalez, Marcos has been draw in Group B alongside Nalbandian and Ferrero.
Marcos will play his first match against Ferrero on Friday in the Argentine capital, and will meet Nalbandian on Saturday. The winner from each group will contest Sunday’s final.
